A Career At HCA

In order to help potential applicants and future employees get a better feel for all aspects of a job, Pulaski Community Hospital, along with its affiliate hospitals, has started a national campaign for health care professionals and college students called ACareerAtHCA.

You can check out TV and radio ads associated with the campaign, read stories from real-life employees and learn about HCA facilities all across America at the campaign website. If hearing what employees are up to interests you, don't miss the Career Blogs. It's the best place to read up on the latest news and stories from local HCA facilities.

Our campaign also focuses on teaching young people the value of all health care professions. The nursing shortage continues, and education is just one way we're helping. In order to help educate students about the many benefits of a career in health care and at the same time bolster the ranks down the road, we've launched the BeANurse program for middle and high school students. So far we've reached out to more than 300,000 students and current professionals and we're just getting warmed up.

Another element of the career campaign is an online job board just for HCA jobs called RightJob Online. It's easy to see what's out there, receive updates on the types of jobs and areas you're interested in and even apply online!
